Let’s start with a discovery consultation where we will discuss all your renovation needs. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask as many questions as possible and for Siobhann Studio to get a clear understanding of your project. This consult will consider the brief, your budget and building timeframes, whilst outlining the processes that Siobhann Studio follows to execute your project from concept to completion.
Styling Consultation
Your home is perfect as it is and functions as it should. However, your furniture and furnishings need updating. Siobhann Studio will assist you with a full styling refresh.
Starting with a single consultation, we will identify your styling needs and create a total design package. Services include: product selection, project management, ordering and delivery. To end, we will reveal and showcase the finished space where you can choose from a vast collection of pre-styled and home decorating products. Once we have identified your styling needs onsite at our one-on-one consultation, we’ll further discuss your budget, Siobhann Studio’s project management fee’s and trade discounts.
Complete Design Consultation
Are you ready to re-design your entire home but aren’t sure how to begin?
If it’s a small project or an entire rebuild, we will take your vision and crystalise it into a complete design package. From start to turn-key finish, Siobhann Studio will manage your entire renovation following our 3-phase process.
Phase 1 begins with an initial one-on-one consultation. We will discuss all your design thoughts and plans, including all next steps to completing your project.
Phase 2 is where it gets exciting and the majority of the design work is undertaken. Our team will research, design and present to you your vision, with full documentation of drawings, costs, finishes and 3D renders.
Phase 3 we will project manage orders whilst coordinating deliveries, installation, onsite budgets & progress decisions, trades, styling – all culminating in your project delivery and completion.
Siobhann Studio strives to give you a completely stress-free experience, while enjoying easy decision-making and transparent communication.
The final fee is calculated on your desired scope of works.
